Every great journey starts with a question. For us, it was simple: How can we help leaders grow in a way that creates prosperity without leaving people or the planet behind?
With that vision, Think Partnership Limited was founded in January 2021. From day one, our mission has been clear: to create responsible growth champions and leaders who see success not just in numbers, but in the wellbeing of communities, the health of our planet, and the long-term value they build.
When we first started working with companies on their sustainability journeys, the focus was on building credible pathways. Many went on to secure major contracts and investment because of the strength and differentiation this created. It was rewarding work, but we began to feel we could do more.
That’s why we created our Responsible Growth Champion Program. Over 8 weeks participants explore responsible growth, net zero strategy, circularity, social impact, nature-positive business, and ESG reporting and transparency and how it applies to their business.

Reinforcing their learning through practical exercises, peer collaboration, and an interactive quiz. And the course hasn’t stood still. We’re constantly refining and improving it, learning from each cohort, and finding new ways to reach wider groups across different roles, generations, and cultures. Because true change happens when responsibility is something everyone carries with them in their decisions, no matter where they sit in a business or community.
Today, we are proud to share an exciting milestone: the first cohort of companies has completed our Responsible Growth and Business Resilience program and earned their Responsible Business Growth Champion award. Watching these organisations transform their mindset and embed responsibility into their culture has been nothing short of inspiring.
The course feedback surveys indicated the group reported a 60% uplift in knowledge and confidence in the sustainability and responsible growth principles.
