When Gavin's not wild swimming and Ray's not at a music gig, their passion is helping create a brighter future. They do this by helping leaders and organisations to meet their sustainable business growth ambitions. Using their creative skills in innovation, networking, communications and experiences gained as founders, CEOs, revenue leaders and raisers of Investment in the private and public sector.
Ray has worked in the corporate sector as a general manager of an international firm for over 3 decades, provided selling in a hybrid world training internationally with 1000 Steps and also specialises in the 3rd sector, bringing invaluable experience.
Since 2021, Gavin and Ray built the Net Zero Nation ecosystem involving over 150 SMEs helping them start their Net Zero journey across Scotland & the UK. This invaluable experience in engaging SMEs and supply chains provides tremendous insights for organisations seeking to achieve people and planet positive growth by embedding Net Zero and Sustainable practices into their business and value chains. Gaining credible strategies in an era of greenwashing and accreditation to the Science Based Targets, SECR and PPN 06/21 reporting standards.
Gavin also gained invaluable experience working across 7 North American and UK technology start-ups in different verticals that gained a foothold in the market, growing from zero to one to successful tenure to mergers and acquisitions with some of the world's largest blue chip companies including IBM, HP and Sun.
Joe Arciero joined us in January 2025. He has enjoyed a 35-year career spanning roles from Research Scientist in the Nuclear Industry to Director of Sourcing with Chivas Brothers (Pernod-Ricard), later becoming Global Procurement Category Director.
Today he works as a business mentor and Procurement Specialist with Think Partnership drawing on his deep experience in driving procurement and supply chain efficiencies, sustainability and quality outcomes.
